Agmatine is a metabolic byproduct, or a breakdown of arginine through a process called decarboxylation. Agmatine is basically Arginine with the carboxylic acid end removed. Agmatine produces the byproducts Guanidino-butyladehyde and the polyamines putruscene, spermine, and spermidine which are involved in cell growth. Agmatine sulfate is the sulfate preparation of Agmatine, the decarboxylated form of L-arginine and an endogenous metabolic product highly conserved across life forms.

.Enhances nutrient flow to the muscles. It may improve nutrient partitioning, leading to more muscle glycogen stored and consequently more water retained in the muscle.
.Helps with muscle recovery after training.
.Stimulates natural GH, LH and IGF-1 levels.
.Extreme long lasting muscle pumps.
.Agmatine produces mild reductions in heart rate and blood pressure.
.Enhance glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and to exert nephroprotective effects.
